Biography

Minnie Jewell Biglow, age 96 went to be with the Lord on July 23, 2010. She was born August 6, 1913 to James Alexander Conner and Laura Jane Conner and lived 96 years in rural Anderson, Missouri. She married Murph Biglow of February 29, 1936 and raised 5 children. She was preceded in death by her husband, her mother and father, two sisters, Goldie and Sylvia, and one brother, Ollie. She is survived by her five children, Pat Cote’ of Belton, Missouri, Janet Pennell and husband, Marvin, of Springfield, Missouri, Murphy Biglow and wife, Joan, of Anderson, Missouri, JoAnn Greninger and husband, Lee, of Campbell, Texas and Robert Biglow of Noel, Missouri. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great grand children.

Minnie love people and was loved by everyone who knew her. She was gifted with so many talents; she could play the piano by ear, cut hair, and make dresses without using a pattern. She built fences, milked cows and even built a barn without any guidance. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends but heaven is richer today by her presence.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 26, 2010 at the Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri. Interment will be in the Mayfield Cemetery near her home. The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 2-4:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. On-line condolences may be sent to the family through our website www.ozarkfuneralhome.com.
